I am not a garden person by any means, but I can’t believe how expensive herbs can be to buy (not to mention they don’t keep for long). So I decided to plant my own little herb garden.
After a quick trip to the nursery for my ‘instant herb garden’ as my father put it, I decided I was going to grow flat leaf parsley, dill, basil, coriander (which I got for free as the plant was in bad shape), thyme and mint.
Once home, I planted them in some rectangular boxes I already had and voila: instant herb garden.
